What Changed in 1934

Pre-war 000-28 now with 14-fret neck standard. Herringbone trim, scalloped bracing, Brazilian rosewood, Adirondack spruce. The transition to 14-fret neck gave players better upper-fret access.

Collector's Notes

The 14-fret neck became standard in 1934, replacing the original 12-fret design. Both configurations are collectible but the 14-fret is more playable by modern standards.
